Tournament sheet format
ClubScore can fill a whole tournament form from one block of plain text. This page is the format. It is written for people and for the AI assistants they use.
How it is used
The organiser opens ClubScore, presses Edit with AI — at the top of step 1, in the top bar of an open tournament, or on the tournament card — pastes the sheet and presses Read it. ClubScore then shows what it understood and, separately, every line it did not understand. Nothing is written into the form until the organiser confirms.
The format

Rules
- Header lines may be labelled or not. Labels are optional; facts are what count.
- Everything after a
Categoria:line belongs to that category, until the next one. - One pair per line, the two names separated by
/,;,,or a tab. A phone number or an email may sit next to a name. - Competition format, written at the end of the category line: Grups + quadre(groups then bracket), Quadre directe (direct bracket), Americana,Lliga (league). Omitted means groups then bracket.
- Dates:
2026-10-04,4/10/2026,4 October,4 d'octubre,4 de octubre. - Do not invent anything. A line ClubScore cannot read is listed back to the organiser untouched, which is far better than a wrong guess written into the form.

What it will not do
It fills the form and stops there. It does not build the schedule, it does not publish the tournament to the club's screen, and it does not send any link or message to any player. Those remain deliberate acts by the organiser.
A note on the AI
ClubScore does not call any AI model to read this sheet: it is parsed by ordinary code. The assistant, where there is one, belongs to the organiser — it is what turns a messy WhatsApp list into the format above. Everything here works with no AI at all.
