Set up a tournament by pasting it
Paste the list you already have — from WhatsApp, a spreadsheet, an email — and ClubScore fills in the form. Your own AI can tidy it up first, and it also works with no AI at all.
What happens when you press it
ClubScore reads your text and shows you two things: what it understood, and every line it did not understand, exactly as you wrote it. Nothing is written into the form until you say yes.
Copy and paste, and that is it
- Open the WhatsApp chat or the spreadsheet with your pairs.
- Select it all and copy it.
- Paste it into the box and press Read it.
- Look at what we understood and say yes.
Let it tidy up, and you paste the result
- Press Copy the instructions for your AI. It is now on your clipboard.
- Open the ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude you use, on your phone or computer.
- Paste the instructions and, below them, your messy list.
- It gives you back a tidy sheet. Copy it and paste it into the box.
This works with any assistant and any device, and you do not have to grant anything to anyone. It is the one we would recommend.
Your AI drives your browser
- You need an assistant that can drive a browser (see the table below).
- Open ClubScore in your browser and sign in as usual.
- Tell it: go into ClubScore and set up this tournament, and paste your list.
- It finds the box, pastes the sheet and stops at the screen showing what it understood. You are the one who says yes.
Your AI runs your whole computer
- Some assistants see the screen, move the mouse and type like you would.
- That person needs neither the box nor the table: they just ask for the tournament.
- It already works today — the panel is an ordinary website with buttons that say what they do.
- It is slower and makes more mistakes than pasting a whole sheet at once, so the box still saves work.

For a club in Europe today, driving your own browser is realistically within reach of whoever uses Claude with Chrome. That is why way 2 is the main road, not the fallback: it works with any model, from any phone.
