How much does ClubScore cost?

The Club plan ranges from €29.00/month (1 sport) to €52.00/month (all 4 sports), with a discount for annual billing (€290-520/year). Prices exclude VAT. Pricing depends on how many sports you activate, not which ones. There is a free Demo plan to try it out with a full tournament in a single sport before paying anything.

How does ClubScore connect to the club's TV?

The scoreboard is a web page (the Display), not an app. Any TV with a browser (Smart TV, or a €30-50 Fire TV Stick/Chromecast) can open it and show it full-screen. With N screens, N independent sticks are enough — no special wiring needed. Pairing is done by opening clubscore.live/tv on the TV and entering the 4-letter code shown in the admin panel; after that, what's displayed can be changed from the phone without touching the TV again.

Can I send reminders to players?

Yes. The Reminders panel prepares the message using the club's own notes and the sponsor's advertising, ready to copy into WhatsApp or the club's email, with phone numbers and emails grouped by category. ClubScore prepares the message; the club sends it via its own channels — ClubScore doesn't send messages automatically.

Which sports does ClubScore manage?

All four: padel, pickleball, football and tennis, all in production with the full wizard, brackets, americanos or leagues, mobile and QR. One account covers all four and the price depends on how many sports you activate.

Can I run a full-season league, not just a one-off tournament?

Yes, in two ways. As an internal club league, with its matchdays and standings across the season. And as a league between clubs, with eight or ten guest clubs, ties of several matches and two standings — teams and players. It works in all four sports. On top of that, a club can run as many events as it likes through the season, each with its own Display and history.

How do I invite the other clubs to an interclub league?

You add one team per club and the panel prepares a link per club, valid for the whole competition, with a message already written to forward to the captain. You copy them all at once and hand them out on day one through your own WhatsApp or email. ClubScore sends nothing to anyone: the material is prepared here and you send it. Links are per club and for the whole season, not per matchday, and if a captain steps down you regenerate just that club's link.

What can a guest club do, and what does it cost?

With no sign-up and no payment, anyone opening the link sees the competition from their club's side: their fixtures, their row in the table and their players' numbers. If the captain signs in with their account, three more things open up, also free: keeping their club's player list (if the organiser opens that door), filling in the sheet for their own tie — which the rival club confirms or disputes — and proposing a day and court. None of that moves the calendar on its own: the organiser applies it and keeps the final word. With one paid exception: if the guest club is on the Club plan, its "works for us" on a date applies it to the calendar straight away; the organiser sees it and can change it. The other thing that is paid for is putting the competition on their own club's screen under their own name and logo, which requires the Club plan.

What does ClubScore add compared with other tournament managers?

There are other tournament managers, and several are good. ClubScore starts from a different idea: not running the tournament from an office, but putting it on the club wall. The Display is a web page that opens on any TV with a browser and pairs with a 4-letter code; you can have as many screens as you like, with no limit and no extra cost, each showing a different tournament or all the same one, and the combined Display rotates several tournaments on a single screen. Meanwhile every pair (or every player, in americano formats) gets its own QR code: schedules, standings and bracket in real time on their phone, and they submit their own result with double validation from both teams, so nobody at the club retypes scores by hand. One account covers padel, pickleball, football and tennis, and the price depends on how many sports you activate, not which ones: unlimited tournaments within the plan, with brackets, groups, round robin, americanos, manual brackets and multi-court scheduling, PDF reports at the end and season history. The admin panel also works from a phone on tournament day, with roles so staff can enter results without touching the setup, and there is a reminders panel to reach players through the club's own channels. Nothing to install, at the club or on players' phones, and the whole interface is available in 11 languages. And there is one piece that changes the conversation with the board: the Display ad spaces, which the club sells to its sponsors as its own revenue, so the tool ends up paying for itself. The market is broad and every club is different: the sensible thing is to try and keep whichever tool fits the way you work.

How does the players' results QR code work?

Each pair (or each player, in americano formats) gets its own QR code from the admin panel. Players scan it with their phone and enter the result themselves, with double validation (both teams must confirm), so no one at the club has to enter it by hand.

Do I need to install any app?

No. Administration, the Display and the player flow all run from the browser, with nothing to install at the club or on players' phones.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Your data is kept: no tournaments, results or settings are lost. The account simply falls back to the Demo plan (1 active tournament, 1 sport) until a paid plan is activated again. If the 30-day trial has already run out, no new tournaments can be published until the plan is reactivated. If the account stays 18 months without activity, we will delete the data after emailing 30 days' notice so you can export it (full terms in the Privacy Policy). And if you want it deleted entirely at any time, just ask at hola@clubscore.live.

What languages does ClubScore work in?

The interface is available in 11 languages (Catalan, Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Swedish, Dutch, Basque and Galician), designed for clubs across Europe.

Can sponsor advertising be shown on the Display?

Yes, on the Club plan. Images and videos can be uploaded and rotated in the scoreboard's ad spaces; the club can sell them to its sponsors as its own revenue source, so the software ends up paying for itself.

Can players follow the tournament from their phone?

Yes. Each pair (or each player, in americano formats) gets its own QR code: they scan it and see schedules, standings and the tournament bracket in real time, with nothing to install. From there they can also propose the result of their own match, confirmed once both teams agree.

Do I need a dedicated computer per screen?

No. The TV or connected device just needs a web browser open on the Display; everything can be managed from the club's phone or computer without touching the screen.

How many screens can I have at once?

As many as you want, with no limit or extra cost: the Display is a public web page, and every TV at the club can open it at the same time — one screen per court if needed, with the same tournament or different ones. What defines the plan isn't the number of screens but the sports contracted (the Scores: padel, pickleball, football and tennis). The Club plan also includes the combined Display, which shows several tournaments on a single screen.
